Introduction

In the name of God

The Compassionate, the Merciful Introduction

In etymology the word prayer means" to call someone to help" and in terminology it means" invocation" close communion, and talking to God, to draw nigh to the essence of His Almighty, to attain virtuse and spiritual stations, to gain reward, (for dooing pious deeds) from God, and to ask him to solve our problems.

The most Exalted Allah says in the Noble Quran, srat Al gfir (the forgiver), 60th ayat, about the importance and the Worth of prayer: و قال ربکم (Your lord says call me to hear you, and those who refrain from my worship proudly surely shall enter the Hell soon)

There are many traditions and sayings qouted from the holy prophet of Islam(s) and the household (a ) about the greatness of prayer.

It is understood from these traditions and sayings that the prayer will be responded in some specific places including the holy places and the honored sancturies like the holy shrines of Infallible imams and the tombs of their offsprings, specially under the dome of the holy shrine of the Master of Martyres, Imam Hussein (a ) in Ka ba between the station of Abraham and the port of Gods Holly House called Hatim; under the Gold Gutter; near Black stone, near the station of Abraham; near the Holy House of God; near the Well of ZamZam; on the mountain of Safa and Marva; in Sacred Mountaint; in Baghee; and in a place where a martyr dies and his/her blood is poured on the ground; etc... .

There are also some special times in which prayer is to be responded soon, including on fridays; in the Feast days like Feast of the Fastbreaking, Feast of sacrifice and the feast on 18th zulhijjat in wich the door of devine mercy is open; as well as the time when the

blood of a martyr is pouring on the ground; at the end of the sermon of Friday Prayer until the lines of the prayerfuls are put in order; just before the dawn until sunrise in which every one s daily bread is divided; prayer at the time of earthquake, blowing red winds, lunar or salar eclips; when it is raining; at the time of reciting the holy Quran; calling to prayer (Adan); seeing the new moon; saying prayers; visiting the Holy House of God; between the call to prayer and performing the prayer (Egama); at the time of saying odd prayer (Vatr) of night supererogatory prayer (Nafela) and after giving alms to the poor which is regarded as two wings for prayer and its acceptance.
